What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for unopened, unused products reported within seven days of delivery. Contact support before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported promptly with photos of the package and product. We’ll review and assist.
Are opened research products returnable?
Research peptides are sold for laboratory research only. Returns cannot be accepted after tamper seals are broken.
